Q: Do you offer Private Label (OEM) services? A: Absolutely. We understand the importance of branding. We can package products under your own brand name and design specifications. Please contact our sales team to discuss your packaging requirements.

3. Shipping & Logistics
Q: What shipping methods do you offer? A: We offer Sea Freight (FCL - Full Container Load & LCL - Less than Container Load), Air Freight for urgent or perishable orders, and Road Freight for neighboring countries.
Q: Which Incoterms do you support? A: We are flexible and typically work with standard international commercial terms, including:
- FOB (Free on Board): We handle delivery to the Algerian port.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We manage the entire journey to your destination port.
- EXW (Ex Works): You arrange pickup from our warehouse.

Q: Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order? A: Yes, we strongly encourage sampling. We provide the product samples for free; however, we usually ask the buyer to cover the courier shipping costs (DHL/FedEx). This cost is often deducted from your first bulk order.
Q: What are your accepted payment terms? A: To ensure security for both parties, we typically accept:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order, 70% against shipping documents (Bill of Lading).
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.
